Is Doggy Day Care a franchise?
No Doggy Day Care is a newly established, small, friendly, non-franchise business.
Insurance/Vetting
Doggy Day Care is insured with Pet Business Insurance, Ref PBB1008040. I have full Public Liability Insurance, Custody of Care and Key Protection. I am also police checked and can supply references.
What services does Doggy Day Care provide?
Dog walking, Home visits, Puppy/Kitten Care, Pet Taxi and Home Services.
Who uses Doggy Day Care service?
Doggy Day Care services are designed for pet owners who work all day, travel away from home i.e. business trips, if you are going away on a weekend break/holiday, busy parents and for persons with mobility restrictions who require their pets to be cared for in their absence.
Do you offer overnight Pet Sitting services, dog boarding or dog creche services?
Unfortunately, Doggy Day Care are unable to provide any of these services at this time.
How do I book a Doggy Day Care service?
To take advantage of all of the Doggy Day Care services offered, I will provide a free face-to-face initial consultation in your own home before any bookings are accepted to discuss the client and pet(s) individual requirements.
What is the purpose of the initial consultation?
Upon completion of consultation, you will be given a form of which information is required from the client regarding your veterinary details, emergency contacts numbers etc and a copy of my Terms & Conditions will be provided.
What areas do you cover?
Doggy Day Care covers the following areas
Manor Park, Salt Hill, Stoke Poges, Slough, Chalvey, Fulmer, George Green, Stoke Green, Middle Green, Wexham, Gerrards Cross, Britwell, Farnham Common, Farnham Royal, Cippenham, Burnham, Burnham Village, Lent Green, Lent Rise, Windsor, Langley, Upton, Brands Hill, Colnbrook, Datchet, Eton, Eton Wick, Iver Heath, and some areas of Taplow.
* areas outside these maybe considered for a small fee to cover my petrol costs
When are you available?
I am available between the hours of 08:00 and 17:00 for Dog Walks and Puppy/Kitten Care, and 08:00 and 21:00 for Home Visits and Pet Taxi services, including weekends and Bank/Public holidays. Please note all bookings are subject to consultation.
How many times do you visit?
Frequency dependant upon client requirements, to be discussed at consultation stage.
How long are the visits for?

How much do you charge?
Please refer to the Prices link, please note this is a guideline only, this is also dependant upon the number and frequency of visits, to be discussed at consultation stage.
Are there any dogs you will not walk?
Doggy Day Care is unable to walk any aggressive dogs. The client must inform me of any pet behavioural issues/traits at consultation stage. Failure to inform may result in cancellation of bookings.
How many dogs do you walk at one time?
My dog walking service offers solo walking experiences for your pet. I may extend this to two dogs providing they have the same owner and are comfortable in each others company. The Doggy Day Care policy is that I never walk dogs for more than one client at a time.
Where will my dog be taken for a walk?
Doggy Day Care will walk your pet in his/her safe familiar surroundings/local park following their usual routine.
Will Doggy Day Care walk my dog off the lead?
All dogs will be exercised on a lead unless agreement has made with both Doggy Day Care and the client.
What if I only require occasional dog walks for my pet?
Doggy Day Care are able to provide dog walking on either an occasional or regular basis depending on the requirements of you the client and your pet.
Can you take my puppy for a walk?
Doggy Day Care is able to walk your puppy once he/she has been fully vaccinated. We also offer a Puppy/Kitten Care service to care for your infant pups.
My dog is elderly, has mobility problems and/or needs several comfort breaks in a day
Doggy Day Care provide a Puppy/Kitten service for catering for puppies/kittens and elderly dogs that require multiple daily visits.
I am unable to drive and have difficulty taking my dog to the vets?
Doggy Day Care can transport your pet(s) in a safe, secure, air-conditioned vehicle to/from the vets, kennels, cattery, groomers or anywhere else you require
Security/Keys All keys retained by Doggy Day Care are colour coded and contained securely in a safe, no addresses or phone numbers are ever attached to the keys and client’s details are stored in a separate secure location.
